Nice place inside Chapters. Visit or enjoy reading a book. Fairly quiet.

The only Starbucks in Regina that can never get my order right and it often seems like you are an inconvenience to the staff.

I highly recommend this coffee shop. The atmosphere is great, not only for visiting with others but also for getting some work done. The service is also exceptional.

I visit this location every single morning. I like it because Chapter's is attached, and also because you can order using their mobile app. Ordering on the app is great. I place my order each morning as I'm leaving my house and it's 99% of the time there waiting for me when I run in to grab it on my way to work (the other 1% I might have to wait a minute or two, or they might be having some system problems). The staff is usually really friendly and the establishment is clean and inviting. It tends to be busy on the weekends, but that's the joy of using the mobile app. You get to skip all that mess.

I was in a rush to go to my night class and bought a coconut water. During my class I was starting to feel my stomach upset and I felt nauseous, so I had to leave my FIRST DAY of class early. I looked at the expiration date of the coconut water and it was from august 13 and it was September 4 when it happened. After my night class I went back there and told the acting manager the situation and she apologized and was really nice so I didn’t make it a bigger deal. She refunded me the expired drink and gave me a 4$ sorry coupon. I felt the sickness even more the next day and had to miss my first day for 3 of my classes. Fast forward to today I tried to use it in Harbour starbucks and they said the coupon had 0$ in it.

Great place to relax and read a book.

The coffee is OK but not worth as much as they are asking. The ambience is OK unless too many customers are present. I like the fact that you can shop or browse for books at Chapters while you are there.

My bf Waited an hour in line because the guy wouldn’t make his drink, even after he paid. then he finally got it and It was Melted

Staff is fast and friendly. Shop is clean. The coffee is a nice treat to go with the new book you're getting at the attached Chapters.

Macchaitos are very good but the line ups are not...The location is ideal to check out reading material though.

Coffee is great. The manager really needs to increase the staff in anticipation of higher traffic. As an example, during Christmas Eve you rolled with a 4-5 person crew, you had a lineup nearly out the door and it took nearly 30 min for a specialty drink. This reflects very poorly on the manager as well as the business with regards to customer service and employee support. You need to do better.

Nice book shop. Have lots of books and different varieties.

I enjoy going here because the drinks are always good and so is the food, plus it’s a great place for me and my friends to sit and talk! They always make my customized order taste delicious I love it.

Good but busy at times

The staff here are always ready to greet you, and quick service. I just think they need better seating inside, when I’ve gone inside customers are taking up a few tables to study/do work on and leaves very limited sitting

This Starbucks location serves good quality drinks but always seems to be understaffed and the wait time is often way too long. I waited 10+ minutes for my drink at my last visit.

I usually always go to the Starbucks in Safeway in regent park but today I was south so I went to chapters and it was very frustrating because I waited probably about 10-20 minutes for TWO drinks. Now spending more than $2 on coffee you EXPECT it to be good, I get the same thing every time and today this is the WORST iced coffee I’ve ever had and the worst part about it is the girl had to remake it two times (not a big deal) but Jesus I’m not pleased to dump out my $7 coffee at all. Basically what ima getting at is that if the staff could pay more attention to the customers orders that would be great because again it’s expensive coffee so i expect the service and the taste to be good!I’m hoping I can at the very least get a refund on the grande vanilla latte and the venti iced chai latte I received today and I would NOT return to this Starbucks again!

It used to be the best Starbucks in Regina for me but my recent visits have been really disappointing. Half the time they don't make my drink right. People working aren't as friendly as they used to.

Not the greatest coffee but it's good once in a while. I'm a fan of the pike roast. This location is inside of the Chapter's library. Surprisingly busy!

I don't kniw wy they took out the perfect tables at the corner of the entrance it was perfect for clients for students for a lap top for decor plus the new staff should known how to make espressos they are good but still

I've never experienced such hospitality at any coffee shop in Regina. Great customer service makes me overlook little things (which can occur anywhere). The staff here add to a positive coffee shop experience. Most are from the Philippines, and absolutely incredible. Thank you for your kindness, you really make our mornings, afternoons and evenings great! :)

Starbucks has always been my favorite coffee shop and this one is hands down my favorite in the city. The coffee and food is always delicious. However for the last while, anytime I order a dairy free drink (because of an allergy) I always get sick because the staff don’t take the time or care to use the tools meant for dairy free drinks. I can always drink it in bigger centers when I travel and never have issues so it’s a bit disappointing.

The only full service starbucks in regina. Pretty quiet,line up almost all day on weekends. But overall it's a good place to enjoy cup of coffee on Sunday afternoon.

I ordered through their mobile app. and added soy milk to my purchase for an additional fee. However both times my latte was made with skim milk, this is unacceptable. I am lactose intolerant and if soy is or was not available the barista(s) should have given me an option to choose otherwise or refunded my purchase(s).

Mobile order took 20 minutes .... no big lineups.... just horribly slow service.

Amaging place with less cash. I went there and bought chai latte, gave $50 to cashier, she refused to take it. Saying that don’t accept more than $20. Ridiculous!!

New S'mores frappuccino. Hello summer Just mobile order and pay. Walk in, pick up and done. Love it. Especially the seasonal drinks. Hurray S'mores and toasted graham Latté. ☕🍪 Cranberry cream cheese pastry but toffiffee cookies are good.

Hands down the best Starbucks in the city. The staff is always so friendly and they always make my drink perfectly. Stopping in at this Starbucks makes my early Saturday mornings so much better and starts my day off right.

Fast, friendly, and good environment

10/10 service. I asked for a "unicorn frap". They didn't have any but instead gave me a reccomendation on what to get instead. They also said that if I don't like it, they'll make something else for free

It's a kiosk in Safeway. There can after be quite a line. There are a few tables, but it's really meant to sell you coffee for your grocery shopping excursion.
